I like this Dunkin' Donuts. This location is clean, (and with the exception of the Indian guy who seems to run the place) everyone is friendly and they always have fresh donuts! From time to time, I've had donuts that weren't that fresh (especially towards the end of the day), but not at this location. I've come in here after work and their donuts were still fresh (like right out of the oven). So, thumbs up for this Dunkin' Donuts.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever seen. Wrong orders, rude staff, dirty facilities. Needs improvement.

I was looking for a large amount of coffee to assist my friends with waking up on this fine Monday morning. I love that Dunkin Donuts features a "Box O' Joe". Its basically a big box of coffee that yields about 12 8-oz cups. I got there and ordered and the coffee came out pretty quick. They give you all the coffee items too including cups, lids, sugar, and a cup filled with cold cream. The only issue was I had a box of joe, a cup of cream, and a paper bag with no handles filled with the extras. By the time I went to stop to pick up other things it was pretty impossible to carry it all. Next time I'll get a bag to put everything in! In addition, their bagel selection was pretty slim. I would recommend going to the Giant that is a block away if you're looking for bagels to accompany your coffee.

Today is National Donut Day! You know what that means... FREE donuts! (Well, here at DD, it's free with any beverage purchase.) Surprisingly, there was just a small line at 9:40 this morning. I got the key lime donut - a jelly donut with a lime flavored gel inside. It was OK, but not the donut I would choose on my next visit. I should have gone with my usual French donut. I also order the egg and cheese on a croissant. This was my usual order at the DD near my former school. I love that they toast the croissant, and the sandwich is piping hot. However, the egg is not a slightly scrambled version like most places do it. Instead it is a fried egg with a hard yolk center. The white part is tough. I don't remember it being that way at the other location. Still, it's nice to be able to get a reasonably priced cup of coffee $1.49. Whereas Starbucks' prices are for the bourgeoisie, Dunkin' Donuts prices are for the working class grunts. I can't believe this location has been open since October, and I only just noticed it last week. Look out Starbucks, this place is just feet from the entrance to the Metro.

Dunkin Donuts is like my favorite place- seriously. Coming from New England, its a way of life, a place you go 2-3 times a day easily. I was overjoyed to have a Dunkin open right by the metro- like sheessh finally some normalcy in my life right?...umm NO! The dude who runs the place- Indian guy with the stank attitude, taking his sweet time to make a cup of Joe- really ruins it! Don't get me wrong- coffee is good, donuts are good and the sandwiches are good; HOWEVER, if you don't have 5-10minutes to stand in this place in wait during your morning commute you may want to skip this location. The sheer way the place is run is enough to make you want to yell---and its all before you had the essential cup of morning coffee. For example- There's two registers BUT the dude nerves open the second one- ---even when the line is at the door (WTF?) Its not for lack of staff- oh no there's like 3 other people in there. What are they doing you ask? Two waiting for orders and the other cleaning up a perfectly clean store. I mean customer service says open the second register to get people in and out, right? Between 6-9 am, people have places to go. Be prepared for snail pace to get your coffee at this place. URGH!!!

Most chains will usually get 3-stars from me, unless I have an exceptional experience. This particular Dunkin holds a special place in my heart b/c of its super convenient location to me. I've stated in previous Dunkin reviews how much I love Dunkin coming from NJ, and this location sadly wasn't here when I first moved to the area. When my friend and I drove past the unopened location one random night around midnight, I screamed my head off out of excitement. I'm not even exaggerating because my friend literally thought I saw a dead body or something more serious that would warrant such a reaction. It's right next to the Silver Spring metro and usually pretty quick service. I've gone in there with a line to the door and still gotten out of there in less than 10 minutes. Coconut coffee is my jam, and I love that Dunkin has it as a regular flavor option. Having the Dunkin app also enables my addiction...gotta rack up those points!

This is a fairly new location. The first time I went here, they forgot to put sugar in my ice coffee. Then a week or two later, the place was closed for a day or two.. by the Maryland Department of Health. Not sure why.. but I was hesitant about going back when it re-opened. Then recently I went back and ordered another ice coffee and it was good. I also ordered a "Box of Joe" for a conference my work was holding. The workers tossed in some free munchkin donut holes which was nice of them. Friendly staff.

My first experience was walking in for a donut in the middle of the afternoon. The chick at the counter yelled out "Patel, you have a guest" and went back to whatever she was doing. So I had to wait for Patel to come up front and ring me up. Ok fine, I don't need to be coddled just to buy a donut. A couple of days later, I decided to try breakfast. I ordered a toasted multi-grain bagel with reduced fat cream cheese. I had to ask Patel if they even sell juice because the 90% empty cooler that was there on my first visit was now 95% empty. Yay, they do have OJ in a cooler behind the counter! I arrive at my office, ready to devour my warm, toasty bagel... and it's stale. No question it's a day old bagel. Womp womp. I'll be staying away from this Dunkin location. Maybe I'll try again in a couple of months when they've had time to iron out the wrinkles of running a new store.

By far, the cleanest Dunkin Donuts I have been to on any trip! The staff was nice yet a little too quiet. Bathrooms were incredibly clean as well. I enjoyed a breakfast sausage sandwich, hashed browns and orange juice. Just enough to get my day started on the right foot. Not many people were in the store and around the business park at 10AM. I would definitely come back if I ever need to make a pit stop in Silver Spring again! A short hop, skip and a jump from the metro!

Like any Dunkin, this is quick and reliable. I'm a big fan of the $0.99 large tea, especially on the walk home from the Metro. Great location!

Even early in day donuts at this locale always dry and stale. Often cannot make change "until manager returns." Clerks rude. Not up to DD standard!

The service is decent depending on who you rings you up, but for the most part they're very fast at getting your order to you. NO PARKING! Wouldn't risk parking by the Starbucks because they tow walk offs almost immediately

Very friendly owners who are still getting their rhythm right, but I'm glad Dunkin is finally next door.

What do you eat the day after Dia del Pavo? Big and Toasty! ($3.50 and 430 calories) Big thick slices of toasted Texas toast, Two fried eggs with pepper, Cherry wood smoked bacon and American cheese! This sandwich is awesome but it has a few flaws. First I will say that I am glad that "fried" eggs are used in this sandwich. Also glad that yolk didn't gush out when I bit into it! But where were they fried? Looking at the assembler, it appeared that the eggs were prepared/frozen somewhere else and put into a steamer. Each egg was exactly the same shape! Not a problem. Still cooked throughout! I just realized that this is the first morning that I hit this place up and I wasn't hung over from the previous night! The Texas Toast was 1/2" thick and basted with butter. LOTS of butter. My hands blew through quite a few napkins! (Maybe Tony Romo ate this sandwich on the sidelines. 14 interceptions!? Got Napkins?? Sorry Dallas fans). The bacon had lots of flavor but a little tepid. I gave the sandwich a 3.5 but I bought a combo.. A beverage and tater tot like hash browns. These were possibly one of the worst examples of potato that I have ever paid for. I have had worse but I was a guinea pig in a kitchen. Salty as all get out, greasy and cold. Once again, I have never noticed this before... Now for the coffee. I am a Starbucks guy or just a small Mom & Pop coffeehouse kinda guy. This place offers, "Cream & Sugar" but if you don't say anything, you get what they give you! Its not like I will say this is a bad experience... This location just opened and a learning curve is due. I will be back for the Big and Toasty! Maybe I will bring some latex gloves!

This is a clean, convenient location but the customer service here really does suck if you have to deal with the manager. The manager that other reviewers are referring to has been rude to me enough times that I refuse to give this place any more of my money. There are other places to grab coffee or a quick breakfast near the metro.
